Apparently there's this tradition of cutting into the top layer of your wedding cake on your first anniversary. My mom took the liberty of freezing ours and we cut into it the other day (about a week late)
That's what we heard! So we chucked it. But it's still a cute tradition to bring it out and have those memories. I'm a little sad we didn't at least try it.

haha! We never did that. It's good to know we weren't missing out.
My mom made us promise to eat it on our one month anniversary instead of our one year and I think it was okay. At least yours is still pretty.
